Everything at Slinky's Sanctuary is handmade by me (and only me), which means that everything is small-batch and intentional. I am not willing to outsource labor so production time for each piece can be lengthly and, because of that, I'm not able to churn out bulk products or offer wholesale pricing. If you're looking to order multiples of an item, don't hesitate to reach out to me and I can see what I can do!

All sales are final. Once your order has shipped, there will be no option to cancel or modify the order so be sure to double check your order before checking out!

Thank you for supporting my small business! This is a one-woman business so please allow me to prepare your order to be shipped. Once it is shipped, packages usually arrive within 3-5 business days but packages in Hawai'i could arrive within 24-48 hours after shipping. You will be notified and sent tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

To keep things simple, shipping is a flate rate of $8 for addresses in Hawai'i and $10 for addresses in the mainland United States. If the cost of shipping exceeds the flat rate amount, I will cover it and you will not be charged for the difference. If the cost of shipping is less than the flat rate, the flat rate cost will still apply.

I can ship anywhere in the U.S.! I don't have the capacity to ship out-of-country at the moment.

I no longer offer in-person pickups due to people not showing up when scheduled. The only options are shipping or shopping in person and I cannot hold/reserve anything. Everything, online and in-person, is first come, first served.
